Rising in the heart of historic Yorkville, 138 Yorkville is a landmark luxury residence that blends sophisticated urban living with expansive terraces, lush greenery, and seamless indoor-outdoor spaces. In collaboration with The Brand Factory (TBF), this collection of lifestyle illustrations was created mainly for their coffee table book.
The sketch-style illustrations, inspired by architectural drawings, highlight the project’s premium services and refined character. Applied across both print and digital platforms, they bring a sophisticated visual tone to the overall strategy, including a premium linen hardcover brochure with blind debossed graphics and custom packaging.
